Depending on desired format, quality, and the budget, we offer two levels of drone aerial photography services:
Standard Lift DSLR Drones
Our Standard Lift drones offer a Panasonic GH4 DSLR cameras stabilized by the state-of-the-art three axis brushless gimbals, which provide crisp high resolution still pictures. We also offer seamless photo stitching to create impressive high-resolution panoramas or very large prints. For safety ,these units are operated by a team of two people: the drone pilot and the camera operator, so each of them can fully focus on their roles. Our clients are provided with SD or HD video downlink.
Action Cam / Compact Drones
Our action cam/compact category drones offer three-axis stabilized GoPro Hero4 camera, ideal for internet presentations, smaller projects and places where use of the larger frame drones may be unsafe, less practical, or simply outside of the intended budget. Our action cam drones are controlled by single person who acts as a pilot and a camera operator. Clients are provided with an SD downlink.
Ground Level / Interior Photography and video
We use the same state-of-the-art camera stabilization technology for ground level and interior videos as we use for our aerial video units, offering your clients a full exterior and interior tour of the property. This is particularly important for anyone trying to reach out to international buyers or buyers not in the immediate area.
Rates
Each job is unique with many variable factors. Therefore, AerialDroneWorx prefers to quote on an individual project basis, after having discussed or been fully briefed on the proposed project.
There are a number of variables which may affect the quotation including the size of the property, time of year, location of shoot, potential weather and other external shooting conditions, or associated risk of taking the job on.
We are happy to provide quotes in writing once we have received a full brief from the Client and been able to discuss the requirements and the scope of the project, and think you will find us fair, reasonable, and transparent.
However, we appreciate that sometimes, visitors to our site may just want a quick ballpark cost. Therefore as a quick guide, our “starting at” prices are as follows:

Insurance
AerialDroneWorks carries a $1M UAV operator liability policy and full hull insurance on our equipment. Client is responsible for covering the insurance for their own or rental equipment (e.i. camera equipment that is not a property of ADW). ADW may not be held liable for damage to the equipment not owned by Aerial Drone Worx.
THE PROCESS
- PLANNING
• Please, e-mail us the following information:
– Two possible dates and times. This activity is weather dependent and it is wise to plan for a “rain date”.
The timing is also important for the ideal light conditions.
– Addresses of all properties. I use this info to determine the best time of the day (for light) and whether it is
possible to safely fly in the planned locations.
- FILMING
• We’ll travel and film the properties, spending about 40-90 minutes at each location.
• Your participation is highly encouraged, but not necessary.
• You’ll be provided your own video monitor to make sure we have all desired angles covered. - MEDIA HANDLING
You will receive a link to a Dropbox folder via e-mail with edited images for your review. Images for review contain watermark which will be removed upon receipt of full payment. Your video is available for review within 4-6 days and full (non-watermarked) HD version will be released upon receipt of full payment.
• You can then request changes or additions to the video (i.e. captions, bumpers, add or remove shots).
• Your video will be available to download in 1080 HD from our Vimeo gallery or via dropbox. We offer video embed hosting services on our Vimeo account for the clients who are not able to host their own videos.
- PAYMENT
• You will receive an electronic invoice. Full payment required before the watermarks are removed and the images/video are released. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, credit card, or EFT.
• Raw Footage Only – full payment is required before the footage is released to the client.
